Mr. Stefan Wenzel is Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action. He is a member of the German Bundestag since 2021. Previously, from 2017-2021, he was Chair of the Budget and Finance Committee of the Landtag of Lower Saxony and Lower Saxony’s Minister for the Environment, Energy and Climate Action from 2013-2017. He studied agricultural economics at Göttingen University and graduated as Dipl. Ing. agr.
