Mr Köhler is 56 years old and graduated from the University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration in 1987 with a degree in administration. Since then, he has held several positions in the Hagen city administration. Since 01.01.2021, he has been in charge of the Environmental Office, my official title is "Municipal Director".
