Since 2022, Tadashi Hashiguchi is executive general manager in the circular economy domain of Shinryo Corporation. He joined the Shinryo Corporation in 2018 and worked as general manager of the recycling division and acted as president and representative director of the recycle tech corporation in 2021. Before that, he was working as managing director of PMC Tech (Korea) Corporation from 2015 to 2018. Mr. Hashiguchi started his career in 1989 and joined Mitsbubishi Kasei (now Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation) after graduating from Yokohama National Graduate School of Engineering. He worked at a Mitsbubishi Kasei plant in Japan, focusing on manufacturing management of carbon materials. He was born in 1963 in Wakamatsu-ku, Kitakyushu City.
