Mr Klaus Werner Döhl

Leader of Umwelt, Aluminium Norf GmbH

Mr. Klaus Werner Döhl is a long-term environmental specialist at Aluminium Norf GmbH, or "Alunorf" for short. The company is the largest aluminium smelting and rolling plant in the world and leader in the production of hot- and cold-rolled aluminium strip. Initially Mr. Döhl studied mechanical engineering/ thermodynamics and computer science. His career includes working on heat pump development as well as being a scientific assistant in the iron and steel industry. Since 2016 he is head of environmental affairs at Aluminium Norf GmbH.
